Send it before the cancellation deadline
- Choose the message for your situation. Enter the arrival date and time; add the booking number only if helpful.
- Copy the Chinese message into the hotel conversation in your booking service, or send it to the verified property contact.
- If staff reply only “booking confirmed”, ask again about foreign-passport registration and a staffed front desk at your arrival time.
If the answer is unclear
Ask staff to check with the duty manager. If nobody confirms the two points before your cancellation deadline, ask the platform about changing accommodation.
