Start with the product, then choose a verified market instead of following an old “top ten” list.
Quick answer
For finished clothing, start with Baima near Guangzhou Railway Station. For fabric and trims, use Guangzhou International Textile City in the Zhongda cluster. For toys, gifts and small homeware, use Onelink Plaza near Haizhu Square. These are different parts of the city; choose one product area for your first visit.

What “wholesale market” means here
Expect a building or cluster with separate merchants. The market operator can help you find a category or desk; each seller sets its own minimum order, sample price and delivery terms. Some stalls sell single items as well as bulk orders.
Baima and Zhongda are not interchangeable: one is a finished-clothing market, the other is a fabric/accessory cluster. Onelink is in Yuexiu, even though its nearest station is called Haizhu Square.
Make a visit useful
- Take product photos, dimensions or fabric specifications, target quantities and destination-country requirements.
- Ask for the minimum order and whether the displayed price is for one sample, one piece, one pack or one carton.
- Save the shop number, seller’s company name, product code and written quotation. Check lead time, packing, payment and delivery before agreeing.
- If you buy samples, confirm your hotel will receive them. Large orders need a separate freight and documentation plan.

Baima publishes 08:00–18:00. Textile City publishes 09:00–18:30 for its service desks. We have not verified universal shop hours at Textile City or Onelink; call the operator before an early or late trip.
Leather/bags, footwear, jewellery, auto parts and building-material markets need a fuller address, transport and operating-status check before we publish dedicated recommendations. No old market list is treated as current.
