Get to the Canton Fair from the airport or railway station
Choose your terminal or railway station, then the metro exit for your exhibition area.
Quick answer
For a straightforward metro arrival, aim for Metro Line 8: Xingangdong / 新港东 for Areas A and D, or Pazhou / 琶洲 for B and C. Metro Line 11 also reaches Pazhou. Check your arrival terminal or railway-station name first; Baiyun Airport T3 needs a connection before joining the metro.

The last part matters
On Metro Line 8, use Xingangdong Exit A for A/D; Pazhou Exits A/B for B or Exit C for C. Find your area on the official phase plan before leaving the station.
Metro Line 11 and Metro Line 8 at Pazhou use an out-of-station interchange. Follow the designated transfer gates and signs, rather than leaving through an ordinary exit and buying another ticket.
The two sections of Metro Line 3 can require a platform change at Tiyu Xilu / 体育西路. Follow the train destination, not just the line number. Kecun is 客村; Changgang is 昌岗.
Taxi, ride-hailing or a failed connection
- Save 中国进出口商品交易会展馆 plus your area and the day’s permitted drop-off gate. Show it at the official taxi queue or enter it in the ride-hailing app.
- At the Fair, use the signed taxi pickup area or the app’s assigned pickup point. Photograph a nearby gate number so you and the driver can find the same place.
- For a late airport arrival, ask the airport information desk or call 020-96158 for transport still running from your actual terminal. Confirm a taxi or hotel transfer if rail is finished.
- Treat journey time in a route planner as a travel estimate, then add security, transfers and the walk to your hall. We have not verified an October special-bus timetable or a fixed taxi price.
